By using the 999net platform, you are considered to have agreed to these terms and conditions. Please read the following policies carefully before you start playing.
Introduction & Agreement
These terms and conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between 999net ("we", "our", "platform") and any person who registers an account and uses the services at https://999net.vip ("player", "you"). Please read this document carefully before visiting the 999net website, opening an account, or playing any games.
By continuing to use the platform, you are considered to have fully agreed to these terms and conditions, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gaming Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please stop using the website.
This document is written in Burmese and applies to all players using 999net services within Myanmar.
Account Registration & Management
2.1 — Eligibility Requirements
To register an account at 999net, the following requirements must be met—
- You must be 21 years of age or older.
- You must access the site only from a location where it is not prohibited by applicable laws.
- You must provide accurate personal information.
- Each person is allowed to open only one account.
2.2 — Accuracy of Personal Information
The player must ensure that all information provided at registration — name, contact number and payment details — is accurate. Accounts opened with incorrect information may be closed and withdrawals may be suspended.
2.3 — Account Security
The player is responsible for keeping their account and password secure. If any unauthorized access occurs, you must notify our Customer Support immediately. 999net is not responsible for any losses resulting from the player's own negligence.
Age Restriction
999net provides services to 21+ only. If any deposits are made by someone under 21, those funds will not be refunded and the account will be permanently closed.
We may request identity verification at any time to confirm age. Refusing to provide it may result in the account being suspended or closed.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
4.1 — Deposits
Available deposit methods are KBZPay, Wave Money, AYA Pay and CB Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 5,000 Ks. Funds will be credited to the player's account after the deposit is made. If any issue occurs during the process, please contact Support.
Deposits must be made only from the player's own payment account. Third-party payments are not accepted.
4.2 — Withdrawals
The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. After a withdrawal request is approved, funds will normally reach the player's payment account within 1 hour.
Withdrawals can only be processed to the same payment method used for the deposit. Withdrawals to a different payment method may be declined for security reasons.
4.3 — Financial Checks
We may review deposit and withdrawal records to ensure compliance with anti-money laundering (AML) regulations and financial laws. Players should be aware that withdrawals may be placed on hold during any review period.
Bonus & Promotion Terms
5.1 — Welcome Bonus
The 999net welcome bonus is 120% of your first deposit, up to a maximum of 300,000 Ks.
Example — If you deposit 20,000 Ks, you receive a bonus of 24,000 Ks, giving you a total of 44,000 Ks. The 24,000 Ks bonus must be wagered 10 times — meaning you need to place bets totalling 240,000 Ks before you can withdraw winnings from the bonus.
The wagering requirement is 10x the bonus amount. Winnings from the bonus cannot be withdrawn until this amount is met.
5.2 — General Promotion Policy
- Each bonus has its own terms, limits and validity period.
- A player may hold only one bonus at a time.
- Accounts created to abuse bonuses will be considered fraudulent, and any bonuses and wagered balances on those accounts may be forfeited.
- 999net may change or cancel any promotion with prior notice.
Betting Rules
6.1 — Bet Validity
Bets must be placed in accordance with the game rules stated on the platform. If a technical or gameplay error occurs, 999net may declare those bets void and refund the stakes.
6.2 — Baccarat, Roulette and Live Casino
Live Casino games are played in real time with professional Live Dealers. A stable internet connection is required for smooth gameplay in live games. 999net is not responsible for any bets lost due to connection failure.
6.3 — Slots
Slots results are determined by a Random Number Generator (RNG), so each spin is independent of the previous one. This is how we ensure fair play.
6.4 — Football Betting
You can place football bets on championship leagues (MNL, EPL, UEFA Champions League, FIFA World Cup) and Myanmar national team matches. Match results are decided by 999net and those decisions are final.
Prohibited Conduct
The following actions are strictly prohibited on our platform—
- Attempting to exploit bonuses through dishonest means (Bonus Abuse).
- Attempting to disrupt the platform — including hacking, introducing viruses, or making unauthorized software modifications.
- Directing other players to claim bonuses without those players genuinely playing themselves (Collusion).
- Depositing or withdrawing funds for the purpose of money laundering.
- Intentionally exploiting platform bugs or technical vulnerabilities while playing (Exploit).
- Using a VPN or Proxy to hide your location, bypassing a player's own gameplay decisions.
If any breach of these rules is found, 999net may immediately suspend the account and forfeit funds without prior notice or explanation.
Account Closure and Suspension
8.1 — Situations where 999net may close an account
- If the player breaches these terms and conditions.
- If the player can be shown to be under 21 years of age.
- If the player appears in a financial regulatory investigation.
- If the player requests it themselves (Self-Exclusion).
8.2 — If a player wants to close their own account
Players who wish to limit their own play (Self-Exclusion) can contact Support using the method described on our Responsible Gaming policy page. Once a restriction is set, it cannot be removed until the specified period has ended.
8.3 — Funds after closure
If an account is closed due to a rule violation, any remaining balance will not be returned. If closure is due to the player's misconduct, those funds will be forfeited. If the player voluntarily closes their account, any remaining balance can be withdrawn, but any remaining bonus funds that have not met the wagering requirement will be removed.
Personal Data Protection
999net protects players' personal data using SSL encryption. The data we collect, how we use it, and how we store it are fully described in our Privacy Policy.
Players' personal data will not be sold to or shared with third parties without valid reason. This policy does not apply where disclosure is required to regulatory bodies for AML compliance purposes.
Limitation of Liability
999net, its staff, and representatives are not liable for—
- Losses arising from a player's own negligence or actions.
- Losses arising from server errors or network interruptions (these will be resolved as quickly as possible).
- Losses arising from a player's breach of their local laws or regulations.
The service is provided "AS IS" and in no event shall our financial liability exceed the total amount deposited by the player, excluding bonuses, over the preceding 12-month period.
Policy Changes
999net may update these terms and conditions at any time. For significant changes, a notice will be posted on the platform and the "Last Updated" date on this policy page will be revised accordingly.
Continued use of the platform after any changes have been made will be considered your acceptance of those changes. Players are encouraged to check this page regularly and stay aware of any updates.
